All our gardens in the beautiful islands of Aitutaki in the northern Cooks Group are fully certified organic by Asurequality NZ.

All our processors are local, and are fully licensed for food processing under the internationally recognized HACCP programme.

We do not process anything in the Cook Islands, only the fruit is grown there, and shipped whole to New Zealand for processing.
